CAREER PILOT PROGRAMS

Santa Monica Airport and Los Angeles area provides the best flight training environment in the world. You will become very proficient at flying both VFR and IFR to 20 airports within 100 miles of Santa Monica. You will also fly to many airports from 100-500 miles away, including mountain and desert airports, assuring the best possible experiences to ensure you have the skills and knowledge necessary to work as a professional pilot. You will be trained by highly experienced instructors.

$49,500 Career Pilot Program

Skyward Aviation's "FAST TRACK" Airline Career Pilot Program takes you from Private Pilot to a Multi-Engine Commercial Instrument Pilot with Certified Flight Instructor ratings in 6 months. This program provides you with the most qualifications (multi-engine flight time) in the best complex multi-engine aircraft, with the best airline oriented flight training.

Skyward Aviation's "SELF-PACED" Airline Career Pilot Program provides the same quality instruction in the same aircrafts. A flexible training schedule accommodates your needs as a full-time college student or working professional. Devote at least ten days per month to your training, and within 12 months you can complete the Airline Career Pilot Program.

In both the "FAST TRACK" and "SELF-PACED" programs you will achieve the following:

Private Pilot License:
  • 45 hrs flight time in a Piper Warrior II
  • 35 hrs flight instruction
  • 15 hrs ground instruction

    • Prices and flight times are subject to change, but not during your training program. Examiner's fees of approximately $4,000 are not included in the Airline Career Pilot Program price. Logged flight times may vary slightly due to flight check times and other considerations.

    Payment can be made in blocks of $10,000 or in full. If you already possess a Private Pilot License, deduct $8,000 from package price. If additional dual flight hours are required, it will be charged at the "block rate".


    $59,500 Career Pilot Program

    This is the same program as the $49,500 program, however you fly an additional 80 hours of multi-engine time, to be even more attractive to the airlines, corporate business or flight schools.
